Cancellation Policy – Erfoud Palace

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a simple and clear policy:

Flexible rate

• Free Cancellation: up to 5 days before your arrival.

• Late Cancellation: between 5 days before arrival and the day of arrival, the total amount of the booking will be charged.

• No-Show: in case of no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.

NO- REFUNDABLE RATE : The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
