General Rules

Welcome to Erfoud Palace! To ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, please take a moment to review our house rules:

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00 to 21:00. Please let us know in advance your expected arrival time.

  • Check-out: from 08:00 to 11:00.

Children and Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome.

  • Children 13 years and older are considered adults.

  • Baby cot (0–4 years) available on request, free of charge.

  • Extra bed (5–12 years) available on request, €16 per night per child.

  • Extra beds and cots are subject to availability and are not included in the room price.

Age Requirement

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Pets

  • We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Property Rules

  • Please respect the property and other guests during your stay.

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

  • Parties or loud events are not permitted.

Applicable Law

  • These conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Erfoud.
